Cranberry Chicken Salad (Sandwich)

Ingredients
4 cups cooked chicken breast, cubed1 cup fat free cream cheese, softened1 teaspoon paprika1 1/2 cups craisins1 cup celery, chopped1 green onion, chopped1/2 cup minced green bell pepper1 cup almonds, chopped1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)ground black pepper to taste
Directions
In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese with paprika and salt. Blend in craisins, celery, bell pepper, onion, and nuts. Add chopped chicken, and mix well. Season with black pepper to taste. Chill 1 hour.

I like to serve this on a fresh bagel or wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla.
