1 head romaine (50 g each serv)5 oz spinach (1.5 oz each serv)4 lrg hard boil eggs6 slices bacon, crumbled1 cuke, halved seeded cut 1/4" slices2 avocados 1/2" cubes12 oz cooked chicken breast1.5 bell pepper or 2 large toms, choppedevan adds bleu cheese (1 oz per serv)Serve w/ red wine vinaigrette w/ chives
