Ingredients
4 cups chopped apples2 cups sugar1/2 cup oil2 eggs2 cups flour2 teaspoons soda1/2 teaspoon salt2 teaspoons vanilla2 teaspoons cinnamon
Directions
Mix together apples, sugar, oil and eggs.
Add remaining ingredients
Mix and put into a 9 x 13 pan that has been sprayed with pam
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
