Ingredients
Bread - Light Wrap Wholewheat "Mountain Bread", 1 serving Prosciutto Woolworths, 50 gram(s) Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, 50 grams Anchovy (anchovies), 4 anchovy Spinach, fresh, .5 cup
Directions
Spray with olive oil and grill sprayed side up
turn over, rub with garlic and spray with olive oil
Dollop with cottage cheese and grill for 2 mins
Remove from oven, top with prosciutto anchovies and spinach
Eat!
