Srimp Scampi

Ingredients
1 T canola oil12 oz raw shrimp1 lg scallion1/4 tsp granulated garlic2 T fresh basil3 T fresh parsley1 T fresh lemon juice3 T grated parmesan4 c spaghetti squash, prepared
Directions
Steam spaghetti squash while preparing scampi.

In a 10" skillet, heat oil over med high heat.
Add shrimp and all ingredients, except spaghetti squash and cheese.
Cook 3-7 minutes until shrimp is done.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
