My meatloaf recipe (reduced sodium)

Ingredients
2 lbs 93% lean ground beef2 lg eggs2 servings Reduced sodium oyster crackers, crushed1/2 c No Salt Added ketchup1/2 c Regular ketchup1 tbsp A1 steak sauce3 tbsp dried minced onion 1 tsp Mrs Dash Onion & Herb1 tsp Garlic Powder4 slices reduced sodium bacon
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Add meat, crackers, eggs, seasonings, and steak sauce to a mixing bowl
Combine low-sodium and regular ketchup together in a mixing cup and stir, add 3/4 of mixture to meat mixture
Using your hands, mix all ingredients until well combined
Place into baking dish or loaf pan
Cover with remaining ketchup mixture and lay bacon slices ontop

Bake for 35-45 mins

Makes 8 servings

Note: the bacon is included in the calorie/sodium count but I don't actually eat it. The people in my family love it but I just like the flavor that it adds cooked into the meatloaf
