large pot cottage cheese2pks golden savoury rice1 red 1 green 1 yellow pepperpinch salt and pepper8 eggs
Directions
place rice in pan with water and cook untill soft, place into oven proof dish, break eggs into a large jug add cottage cheese salt and pepper. chop peppers into cubes add to jug and mix well, pour over cooked rice, bake in oven untill golden and set.
