Crock Pot---Potato, Carrot and Beef Roast

Ingredients
* 1 lb beef rump roast or pot roast* 3 large potatoes peeled chopped in 1in cubes* 10 baby carrots halved* 1 large onion sliced* salt and pepper* 1/2 cup beef broth or water
Directions
1. Layer vegetables in crock pot.
2. Season meat with salt and pepper.
3. Put meat on top of vegetables in crock pot.
4. Pour beef broth or water over meat.
5. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high 4-5 hours.
