Spicy Succotash Soup

Ingredients
2 c. canned or fresh tomatoes3 c. cooked lima beans1 can corn2 stalks celery3 garlic cloves, minced1 onion, chopped0.5 T canola oil3 tsp southwest mesquite seasoningblack pepper beef or ham bouillionjalapenos, chopped, to taste
Directions
Add chopped celery, jalapenos, onion, garlic to pan with canola oil and saute. When soft, add lima beans, tomatoes, seasonings, water, and corn. Simmer for 20 min. Use potato masher to mash beans slightly. Serve with cheese and/or sour cream.
