Chicken Apple Sausage Scramble Soufflé

Ingredients
5 egg whites-whipped until fluffy2 egg yolks1/4 cup nonfat milk8 leaves of Fresh Basil rolled up and sliced 1 oz light sharp white cheddar, grated2 chicken apple sausages-chopped
Directions
-Separate egg whites and whip until fluffy
-Mix egg yolks and milk together
-Warm up sausage in a pan on medium with a little cooking spray
-Add yolk/milk mixture to the whites
-Fold the chopped basil into egg mixture
-Pour into pan with sausage and slowly fold as it cooks in the until it begins to firm up a little
-Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for about 15 min
-Turn mixture over add cheese, cover and let cook about 5 minutes longer

If you are in a hurry, the other option would be to use these ingredients and just make a basic scramble or omelet. It is such a great flavor combination!
