Sauteed Onions and Peppers

Ingredients
1 small onion, sliced1 large bell pepper, I use a sweet red or orange one, sliced1 Tbsp EVOOpinch of salt
Directions
Makes 4 servings

-slice onions and peppers
-put veggies in bowl and add EVOO, salt and spices
-toss veggies to coat
-add to sautee pan on medium heat and cook until onions are translucent. I cook mine until the onions and peppers are caramelized.
-Put them on burgers, over grilled chicken or steak.
