Ingredients
1 lb ground meat (we use turkey)1 cup black-eyed peas, cooked & drained1 cup chopped green pepper1 tbsp cajun seasoning (or to taste)1/2 cup BBQ saucesalt to taste
Directions
Brown meat. Drain fat, add green peppers and peas, seasoning and salt to taste. Cook until peppers are just tender and add BBQ sauce. Makes 10 one-third cup servings.
