Raw Rosy Juice

Ingredients
6 small organic red apples, washed and halved (or 3 large ones)1 cup cranberries, defrosted1 inch of fresh ginger
Directions
You can defrost your cranberries quickly by placing them into a sieve and running hot water over them while you cut the apples and ginger.

Run all through a juicer. Use the strainer on your juice pitcher to keep the foamy pectin out of the juice when you serve it, unless you like the foamy pectin.
