Mushroom lasagna

Ingredients
* Portabella Mushrooms, 50 grams* Sauce, Barilla Spicy Pepper Pasta Sauce, 2 cup*Ricotta Cheese, whole milk, 1 cup* Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 8 oz * Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp* Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.25 cup, chopped* one small fresh egg
Directions
Place 1/3 sauce in bottom of medium casserole dish. Cut mushrooms in half laterally. Layer mushroom over sauce. Mix egg and ricotta together. Put 1/3 sauce over mushrooms. Top with half the egg mixture and half the mozzarella cheese. Top with rest of mushrooms, egg mixture, cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350.
