1/4 cup apple cider1 Tbl. brown sugar1/2 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper1 cup julienned apples (preferable Granny Smith)1 cup julienned pear1/4 cup dried cranberries3 cups cabbage, thinly sliced and chopped
In a small bowl, mix together the apple cider, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Toss the apples, pears, and dried cranberries in the apple cider mixture until well combined. Evenly divide the cabbage among 4 plates. Divide the apple mixture into 4 equal portions and top each plate of cabbage.
