Ricotta cones

Ingredients
15 ounce container of part skim ricotta cheese1/2 cup powdered sugar1/2 tsp vanilla extract1/4 cup mini chocolate chips8 sugar cones
Directions
Mix ricotta, powdered sugar and vanilla extract together in a bowl. Add the chocolate chips and blend evenly. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for one hour.

Spoon the mixture into the ice cream cones. Add sprinkles if desired.
