Cinnamon Pork Chops

Ingredients
4 pork loin chops, well trimmed1/4 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper2 Tbsp butter1.5 medium onions, cut into wedges3 medium carrots, cut into 1 inch chunks0.5 cup fresh mushrooms
Directions
1. Season both sides of pork chops with cinnamon, salt, and pepper
2. Melt butter over medium high heat in a large skillet. Brown pork chops 4-5 minutes per side
3. Add vegetables to skillet. Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook 25-30 minutes, or until veggies are tender and pork chops are cooked through.
