3 Baked Potato (baked potatoes), approx. (2-1/3" x 4-3/4") Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped *Green Onion, fresh, 1 cup choppedCelery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) dicedDressing: *Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat mayonnaise), 2 tbsp *Daisy Light Sour Cream, 1/2 cupParmesan Cheese, grated, 1/4 cupTrader Joe's Lemon Pepper with Grinder, 1/4 tspGarlic Powder, 1 tsp.McCormick Bac'n Pieces - Bacon Flavored Chips, 3 tbsp
Cube potatoes and add to a mixing bowl.
Add broccoli, green onions, and celery.
Mix dressing ingredients together in a separate bowl. Then add to potato-vege mixture and blend well.
May be eaten immediately or allowed to set in the refrigerator.
