Thai Basil and Chicken Stir Fry Vegetables

Ingredients
11 cups (1/2 bag) Frozen Stir Fry Vegetables1 tbsp Olive Oil2 tsp Garlic15 ounces Chicken Breast2 tbslp Honey5 leaves shredded basilSauce (packet enclosed with frozen vegetables)
Directions
Heat skillet on high. when the pan is hot, add oil and swirl to coat pan. Add garlic stir while cooking only 30 seconds. Add chicken cook 2 - 3 minutes while tossing with a spatula until chicken is seared and no longer pink inside. Remove chicken, set aside. Add frozen stir fry vegetables to hot pan, cook 6 - 8 minutes, gently toss vegetables a few times. Meanwhile in a bowl combine sauce packet with honey and basil. When vegetables are heated through, add cooked chicken adn sauce. Toss to coat bring to a simmer. Serve.

The recipe calls for 4 people, I served my family of 5 and we had lots of left overs.

Serve over noodles or rice.
