Steve's Pizza Dough

Ingredients
Directions
2 cups water2 packages yeast2 tbsp sugar2 tsp kosher salt2 tbsp olive oil5 cups bread flour
Add all ingredients to mixer bowl. Mix using hook attachment of a mixer until dough becomes lightly tacky. Roll dough into a ball and coat with olive oil. Cover dough and let rise for 90 minutes.
Wipe off oil with a paper towel. Using flour as needed, roll out dough as thinly as desired. Dock crusts using a docker (can be found at a kitchen store, such as Kitchen Emporium).
Bake crust for 3-5 minutes, depending on thickness, at 350 degrees. Use for pizzas, or wrap in foil and freeze.
Makes four sixteen-inch pizza crusts.
