Chicken Oreganato

Ingredients
1 lb of Thin Chicken Cutlets (CUBED)Remove all visible fat & veins1/2 cup of Italian Bread Crumbs1/2 cup of Parmesan Cheese2 tbsp of Garlic Powder2 tbsp of Onion Powder1/2 cup of Canola Oil1 tsp of Lemon Juice
Directions
Makes 4 servings

Combine ALL Dried ingredients in 1 bowl and stir until all ingredients are combined. AND leave on the side.

Combine the liquid ingredients (oil & Lemon) in a measuring cup. Leave on the side until we need this.

Cut chicken cutlets into bite size cubes. Remove all fat & veins

Place cubed chicken in a clear corningware pan (Do not stack on each other)

Take Dry ingredients and place evenly on chicken

Take Liquid Ingredients and place evenly over the chicken and dry ingredients.

Mix everything together until the dry ingredients look wet and moist.

Now spread out the chicken, so everything is even and also make sure that the breadcrumbs are on all chicken.

Bake on 350 degrees for exactly 25 mins and it is ready to serve
