Pumkin Pie Spice French Toast

Ingredients
1 large egg1 TBSP half and half1 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp pumpkin pie spice1 tsp cinnamon, ground2 slices of nature's own whole wheat bread2 TBSP pancake syrup
Directions
Mix egg, half and half, vanilla extract and pumpkin pie spice in a bowl until well mixed. Spinkle with cinnamon.

Take one slice of whole wheat bread and soak it in the egg mixture on one side, then flip to soak the other side.

Cook in a pan on med heat until cooked through.

Turn to plate, sift 1 tsp powdered sugar over top of slice (optional) and top with 1 TBSP pancake syrup.
