Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed (remove) Walnuts, 1/8 cup, chopped Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes), 2 oz Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shredded or chopped Strawberries, fresh, 0.12 cup, sliced Apples, fresh, 0.12 cup, quartered or chopped Cucumber (peeled), 0.12 cup, pared, choppedOnions, raw, 0.12 cup, chopped *Rasberry Vinaigrette Fat Free Dressing, 2 tbsp
Directions
Makes 1 serving
slice strawberries, apples, and cucumbers
layer, Lettuce, apples. cucumbers. grape tomatoes, onions, walnuts.
Grill Chicken breast on BBQ or in a grilling pan
slice diagonally and add to the top of the sallad
then top with FF Raspberry vinaigrette salad dressing
