Banana Cupcakes

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour3/4 sugar1 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. baking soda1/4 tsp. salt1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted to lukewarm1 1/2 cups mashed bananas (3-4 ripe bananas)2 large eggs1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line muffin tins with paper liners. Whisk dry ingredients into a medium bowl.

2. Mix wet ingredients together (do not overmix). Stir to incorporate into dry mixture. Divide evenly between 12-16 muffin cups.

3. Bake 20-25 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack. Spread Honey-Cinnamon Frosting thinly over top of cupcakes. Enjoy!
