Pizza - Healthy French Bread, Veggies, & Sausage

Ingredients
1lb Ground Turkey Sausage 1 loaf Wheat French Bread1 pkg Mozzerella Cheese1 cup Green Bell Pepper Strips1 cup Mushrooms Sliced1 cup Onions Sliced1 cup Broccoli Chopped1/2 cup Ragu Pizza Quick Sauce, Traditional
Directions
-Preheat oven to 350
-Brown Ground Turkey Sausage seasoning to taste
-Cut up fresh vegetables
-Slice French Bread long ways, through the center
-Place both halfs of the bread on a cookie sheet or pizza pan
-Spread pizza sauce evenly over both halfs of the french bread, using 1/2 the sauce on each half of the bread
-Top both halfs evenly with the sausage & veggies, using 1/2 the sausage & veggies on each half of the bread.
-Bake for 15 minutes or until veggies are tender
-Top both halfs evenly with mozzerella cheese
-Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is slightly browned on top
-Remove from oven & allow a couple of minutes to cool.
-Cut each half of the bread into even 3rds - Makes 6 servings
