Ingredients
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, choppedPeppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .5 cupCanola Oil, 2 tbspTomato Sauce, 1 cupHunt's Petite Diced Tomatoes, 14.5 ozMorningstar Farms "Burger" Crumbles, 2 cup (1/2 pkg)McCormick Chili Seasoning, 1 pkgHot Pepper Sauce, 1 tsp
Directions
Saute peppers and onions in oil until onions are translucent. Add all other ingredients and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.

Serve over brown rice or pasta. Yields 4.5 cups- 1 cup per serving.
