Ty's Chicken Veggie Stir-fry

Ingredients
1 lg chicken breast, boneless & skinless, cut in sm pieces3 shakes Mrs. Dash Chipotle seasoning3 grinds garlic sea salt1 tbsp EVOO3 scallions, chopped2 strips each of red, orange, and yellow bell peppers, chopped1/2 cup baby portabella mushrooms, sliced8 grape tomatoes, halved1/2 med. zucchini diced w/ skin1 tbsp Goya Sofrito in jar1 cup mustard greens, fresh & chopped
Directions
in lg sauteed pan add EVOO, chicken, Mrs. Dash, and garlic sea salt.
Stir constantly on med-hi heat until browned and mostly cooked inside. (5 min)
Add all veggies except mustard greens.
lower heat to low-med and cover. (6-8 min)
Add tbsn Goya Sofrito in jar to mixture.
Add mustard greens, stir-fry 2 minutes
