Krab Salad

Ingredients
1-10 oz package imitation crab, coarsely chopped2 cups chopped celery1/2 cup chopped scallions (including tops)1/2 cup chopped cilantro, without thick parts of stems6 tbsp reducd fat mayonnaise
Directions
Stir together crab and vegetables. Mix in mayonnaise, don't use more than needed to thinnly coat ingredients.
Makes 8 side dish servings, or 5 main dish servings (try stirring in 3 cups cold macaroni for a pasta salad).
