Coca-cola Chicken

Ingredients
1 lbs Bonless, Skinless Chicken Breast1 cup Salsa1 12oz can Diet Coke1 cup uncooked rice (white, or by preference)
Directions
Combine salsa and Diet Coke in a 12" skillet. Add in chicken breasts. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 45 minutes. Rotate chicken about half way through.

Cook rice according to package directions.

Serve chicken over rice and enjoy!
