Bueberry protein pancakes

Ingredients
1.5 c oatmeal2t baking powder2t cinnamon8 egg whites2 scoops whey protin powder1 cup blueberries3 t brown sugar splenda
Directions
Mix egg whites, protein powder, splenda, cinnamon, baking powder, oatmeal. Once combined stir in blueberries.
pour batter onto a preheated griddle cook until top starts to look dry and pancake is firm enough to flip. cook opposite side. Makes 6 pancakes
