Low Carb Peanut butter cookies

Ingredients
Oat Fiber, 1 serving Peanut butter (peter pan) No sugar added creamy, 2 tbsp Protein Technologies International Supro Soy Protein Isolate, 1 oz *Egg white, 2 serving *Pumpkin Pie spice, 1 tsp *Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 1 tsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Original Buttery Spray, 5 sprays, 2 serving (remove)Cooking or Baking spray, 1 serving
Directions
In a large bowl mix , 2 cups Soy Protein Isolate 1 cup Oat Fiber with 1 tsp Pumpkin spice & 1 tsp Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking. In another bowl mix, Egg white 2 serving with about 10 sprays of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Original Buttery Spray, 5 sprays & whip it up well. Add to your first bowl slowly while mixing. Then add in 2 tbsp No sugar added Peanut butter, mix well. Makes 10-12 cookies, Spray a baking pan with cooking or baking spray & scoop them out one at a time. Bake 30-45 minutes on 250. Check as time every 10-20 minutes. Leave cool for about 20 minutes & enjoy, share with friends & family theres more the enough.
