Baked Parmesan Turkey Breast

Ingredients
12 oz. Turkey breast fillets1/2 cup panko crumbs2 Tb. Parmesan cheese1 Tb. Oregano1 Tb. Basil1/2 tsp. each, onion and garlic powder1 egg
Directions
Beat egg in a shallow bowl. Mix together panko, cheese and spices. Dip each fillet in egg then panko. Press lightly to adhere crumbs to fillet.
Put on a rack in a 9 x 13 foil lined pan. Bake at 375 F, for 40 to 45 mins.
Serves 2.
