Ground BeefGreen bell pepperOnionGarlicCumin powderExtra virgin olive oilWhite RiceSea SaltCanola OilCooking WineTomato Sauce
Directions
Steam white rice (enough to make 6 cups cooked) with 1tbsp Canola oil, and 1 tsp of sea salt for 25 minutes.

In a large sauce pan, combine remaining ingredients and cook until meat is done, approx 25 minutes.

Serve together.
