Pork Dumplings

Ingredients
6 oz Ground Pork1 cup chopped Cabbage3 tsp Ginger Root1 carrot gratted 1 Onions minced1/4 cup chopped green onion3 Garlic cloves minced50 Wonton wrappers 2 tbsp Soy Sauce2 tbsp Hoisin Sauce1 tbsp Fish Sauce2 tsp sesame oil
Directions
1. Heat one tbsp of Oil over med high heat. Cook Cabbage, carrot, onion, green onion, ginger and garlic for 5 minutes.
2. Add Soy sauce, hoisin sauce, fish sauce and sesame oil.
3. Add in ground pork mix well, then turn off heat. Transfer to seperate bowl. (You may need to drain liquid before filling dumplings)
4. Place about a tsp of filling in wonton wrapper and wrap as desired.
5. Heat tsp of oil over med-high heat in a frying pan with a lid. Only do a few dumplings at a time. Brown one side of dumpling. Add in about 1/2 cup of water and cover. Let cook till the wrappers are tranlucent.
