Raw Mixed Lettuces, Sprouts and Pecan Salad

Ingredients
1000 Island Inspired Dressing1/4 of a cucumber1/2 cup of sun dried tomatoes1/4 cup sweet pickle relish5 cups mesclun salad mix1 cup alfalfa sprouts1/2 cup bean sprouts1/2 cup pecans
Directions
Blend together cucumber and tomatoes until smooth. Mix in relish and set aside.

Toss together salad and sprouts. Sprinkle with pecans. Serve with salad dressing
