Pistachio Honey Butter

Ingredients
1/2 cup pistachios, ground1/3 cup sunflower seeds, ground1 T flax seed, ground2 T honey2 T butter (veg. oil spread)
Directions
Grind everything into a consistency like cornmeal, mix in the honey and butter. The consistency should be like peanut butter now and easy to spread.

Add small amounts of honey and butter to reach a smoother consistency, but in equal portions.
