Ingredients
Ingredients:White Bread, 1 slice, large Egg, fresh, 1 largeCountry Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Regular (Soft), 1 Tbsp, 1 serving
Directions
Butter the bread on both sides, put in a skillet, cut a hole out of the center of the bread with a spatula.
Toast one side of the bread in the pan then flip over.
Crack the egg and drop it into the "nest" you have made in the center of the bread. (you get the name now dont you? LOL)
Cook till the egg white starts firming up. Then flip it over to cook the other side.
