Breaded Baked Salmon Fillets

Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (High Liner wild Pacific)2 slices wholegrain bread1/2 tsp each: ground ginger and parsley1/8 tsp: cayenne pepper1/4 tsp: minced fresh garlic2 tbsp soy sauce
Directions
In food processor, mix bread (cut in cubes), ginger, parsley and cayenne. In a separate bowl mix minced garlic with the soy sauce.
Dip salmon fillets into soy mixture, then coat in bread crumb mixture.
Bake at 425 deg F for 15-20 minutes or until done.
