Cabbage, red, 2 cups, shreddedParsley, fresh, 1 tbsp, mincedOlive Oil, 1 tbspLemon Juice, 2 tbspGarlic, 1 tspSaltPepper
Chop or shred desired amount of cabbage. Add just enough olive oil to help with coating. Add lemon juice and mix well. Add remaining ingrediants to taste.
I like to let it sit in the fridge until the rest of the meal is ready. It absorbs all the flavors and tastes better the longer you let it marinate.
