Homemade chicken salad with grapes and apples

Ingredients
chicken breast, no skin 14ozgreen apple, medium 1red grapes 7ozmayo, .5cupchopped pecans 1/8 cup
Directions
This makes 6 1/2 cup servings.
Bake 2 chicken breast with skin and bone still in, on 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Take out of oven and let sit for 15 minutes, until cool enough to take the meat off the bone, discard bones and skin.
Peel and chop apple, cut grapes in half and put into bowl. Chop chicken breast and mix all together with 1/2 cup of mayo and pecans. Enjoy.
