Wendy's Vegeterian lasagna

Ingredients
*Mueller's Lasagna Noodles (2 Lasagna Noodles), 3 serving *Ragu Spaghetti Sauce Chunky Mama's Special Garden Sauce (1/2 Cup- 128g), 8 serving *Cheese - Kraft Mozzarella Cheese, 2 cup *Cheddar Cheese, Shredded (Sargento - Classic Mild Cheddar) Natural Cheddar Cheese 1/4 cup/serving, 8 serving *Giorgio Portabella Mushroom Caps (3oz), 3 oz Onions, raw, 1 small Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia) Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, 2 cup Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Directions
Cook your veggies in the olive oil until they are tender. Then layer your materials. Sauce, noodles, veggies, and cheese. I only made two layers. I also added salt and pepper to taste as well as garlic powder.
