homemade meat pasta sauce

Ingredients
I cup chopped onions8 oz 93% lean ground turkeyi small can (8oz) Hunts no salt tomato sauce1 jar (24oz) Barilla Marinara sauceminced garlic-to taste (approx 3 tsp)oregano to taste (approx 2 tsp ground)
Directions
Use non stick olive oil spray on skillet (saucepan)
brown onions until tender
add ground turkey and brown (no pink showing)
add garlic and saute for 2 mins
add tomato sauce and marinara
add oregano
stir and bring to a low boil
simmer for 15-20 mins

serve over variety of whole wheat pastas for added fiber.Seving size approx 1/3 cup
