4 cups mixed mesclun lettucesJuice of 1/2 of a lime1 teaspoon of sea salt1 Tablespoon of fresh ground black pepper1 cup sliced red bell pepper1 cup sliced zucchini1/2 cup sliced cucumber

Toss lettuces with salt, pepper and lime juice. Top with bell pepper, zucchini and cucumber.
