40 Reduced-fat Nilla Wafers, finely crushed1/2 stick light margarine, melted2 cups cold non-fat milk2 pkg. fat free sugar free Vanilla pudding1 tub. Free Cool Whip, thawed, divided2 cups orange sherbert, softened
Line 13x9 pan with foil, with ends extending over sides of pan. Mix wafers and butter. Press firmly onto bottom of pan. Set aside.
Add milk to dry pudding mixes. Beat w/wire whisk 2 min. Stir in half of the cool whip and spoon evenly over crust. Refrigerate 10 min. Add remaining cool whip to sherbert, stir w/whisk under blended. Spoon over pudding layer; cover.
Freeze at least 3 hours or overnight. Use foil handles to remove dessert from pan before cutting into squares to serve.
