Ingredients
1 lb. ground turkey breast1 pkg. Lipton mexican rice mix1 can, 15 oz. black beans2 cups water
Directions
Brown ground turkey. Add rice mix, water and beans and mix together well. Simmer on the stovetop, 30 min. Serve with lowfat nacho chips or tortillas. Top with salsa.
