Shrimp Ceviche

Ingredients
1 to 2 lb. shrimp2 cups rice1 chopped onion4 chopped tomatoesCilantro to taste3 to 4 limes1 cup ketchup2 to 3 bell peppers (chopped)
Directions
1)Cook rice
2) squeeze some lime juice over rice
3)Clean and cook shrimp with juice from lime
4)Chop remaining vegtables and combine with shrimp and ketchup
5)Serve over rice
