3 Matzohs, crushed3 large eggs2 T vegetable oil
Soak Matzoh in hot water for about 15-20 seconds. Drain all water from Matzoh.
Beat eggs in separate bowl and then add Matzoh to eggs.
Add oil to fry pan. Once hot add Matzoh and egg mixture at a time. Let cook on one side til brown then flip.
Once both sides are brown it is done.
Serve as you would an omelet.
