Upside Down Pizza (Lower Calories) - 8 servings

Ingredients
○ 2 lbs. ground turkey (rather than ground beef) ○ 4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained ○ 16 oz. spaghetti sauce ○ 1 C sour cream, reduced fat (rather than regular) ○ 2 C shredded mozzarella cheese, part skim ○ 8 oz. tube refrigerated crescent rolls
Directions
○ Brown turkey, onion and mushrooms in a skillet; drain well.
○ Sir in sauce
○ Pour into a ungreased 13" x 9" baking pan
○ Spread sour cream over top
○ Sprinkle with cheese
○ Roll out crescent dough; pinch seams closed
○ Stretch dough to fit over top of pan touching all edges
○ Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
○ Let stand several minutes before serving

    It was pretty good, I planned on adding peppers, but I forgot. I subbed salsa for some of the sauce, out of necessity, but it was still good! - 6/8/10
