Ingredients
3 cups of flour 2 cups of sugar1/2 cup of cocoa1 tsp salt2 tsp baking soda1 cup oil or use 1 cup applesauce to make it for weight watchers2 cups cold water2 tbsp vinegar1 tsp vanilla
Directions
mix dry ingredients together and add remaining ingredients. Spray muffin tins with Pam and fill with mixture.

Bake at 350° F
