Chunky Chicken Asparagus Mushroom & gravy/topping

Ingredients
24 ounces of chicken breast, cut up8 ounce package of Portabella mushroomsbundle of asparagus, chopped (My bundle had 13)1 onion, chopped1 cup chicken broth1 TBS Olive oil1 cup water1/4 cup tapioca starch1 TBS Rice flour
Directions
Brown chicken, onion, olive oil in a pan. When Chicken is almost finished, add mushrooms and asparagus. When chicken and veggies have almost dried up, add a cup of broth. When veggies are finished, add tapioca and rice flours. Stir and simmer until it is to your desired consistency.
Serve over potatoes or rice.
